I bought this razor because I don’t like using shaving cream in hopes of making my shaving experience easier and less painful. After not even a week of use the head is already unusable. It has shrunk to the point that it already needs a new head, after only three separate shaves! I’m so disappointed. Their other razors are good but this one just isn’t it. Now I just feel like I wasted my money. If the heads barely last a week then it’s just not worth it. I can’t return it either, which means I’m stuck with a razor I can’t use. Lesson learned. I’ll stick to the other razors going forward.

Followed the directions and used a damp washcloth. No hairs on chin or upper lip removed. So disappointed as I have to shave every day. Don’t waste your money

I struggle with facial hair due to PCOS, it can be pretty bad. I purchased this after watching numerous convincing videos on TikTok. Unfortunately, this did not work as I expected. It did remove a lot of the hair but also left some stubborn patches and stubble behind. It also left my skin feeling irritated, even after using the soothing cream. If I have to deal with stubble, missed spots, and irritation, I'll just keep using a women's electric razor. I gave three stars because it did remove the hair, but it's just not consistent.
