I am huge on new skincare products and tried so many different brands. This shave oil is by faaarrrrrr - the BEST! Somehow they managed to make an oil into a creamy AND lathery finished product! Unlike a lot of the others this shave oil actually does lather, which in my opinion, makes it easier to visually shave if you can see the lathery, silky and creamy bubbles. It has a very, very amazing light scent that is neutral - not to feminine and floral - not to masculine and woodsy - but just a light, clean and pleasant scent. It doesn't take a lot either. I use maybe 3-4 pumps plus a line as long as my index finger of the shaving cream and I'm good for an entire leg! (Toes all the way to upper thigh!!) It's super smooth, creamy & after using it for every shave (at least 7-8 times) I can definitely tell a difference in how my skin feels - its softer but also I believe the regiment I use (shave cream + oil then afterwards I apply the post-shave serum) helps with many different issues: redness, irritation, bumps, itching, ingrown hairs... plus the moisture added makes my skin feel so very soft. I would definitely recommend adding this item to ANY order, especially for the amazing price of just $5 for the travel size so you have enough to try and enough to use long enough to tell the 'long-term' difference it makes to your skin. First time trying shave oil- a little goes a long way! This is great if you are going on a longer trip for sure. Tge oil does take some getting used to, as it doesn’t lather like the foaming shave gels. But the moisturizing effect is amazing- I’ve actually passed on using an after shower moisturizer a few times and legs still look great!
