    So sorry to hear the Shave Refill Set isn't giving you the smooth shave you're looking for! Razor burn can definitely be frustrating. For the best results, we recommend using light pressure and letting the blades do the work -- pressing too hard can sometimes cause irritation. Also, make sure you're shaving with plenty of shave gel or cream and replacing the refill when it starts to feel dull.
