This is a terrible razor. Strips fall out after a couple of uses then it hurts to use it!! Not all Flamingo razor heads fit on Flamingo handles. Tried to buy another Flamingo razor head would not fit flamingo handle nothing on box stated this!! Big disappointment!!!

I purchased this razor with refills at Costco. I had never used them before (always been a Venus user). I love this razor and the weight of it and how it glides across my skin. I love the soothing strips around the razor - they help the shaving go smoother and keep my skin from getting irritated. However I can only give 4 stars as the bottom soothing strip only lasts like 3 weeks. I shave 3 times a week and hang the razor so it stays dry in between uses (no one else uses my shower). The top one lasts longer but it really doesn't aid in providing any moisture when shaving. I would love to see a design that helps the bottom strip last longer.

It just isn’t the right fit for me. I find it’s too bulky, and it’s kinda hard to get to some areas.

When I saw that this specific razor was ranked the top razor of 2025 for women, I genuinely laughed because I can’t fathom who they are referring to.
I have been a flamingo user for over 7 years now and have always used the original razor offered in most stores (in my case Target and Kroger) with no issues. Before going to college this past summer I purchased the bulk razor pack available at Costco, since I knew I’d need more razor heads for school and thought it be best to go ahead and get another razor to keep at school when I come to and from home. What a mistake. Despite it being all over the website, it is not advertised on the bulk packaging that the moisture plus and original razors are different in design, and the heads are useless on an original razor.
Not to mention the fact that despite me following all recent ‘use’ instructions for the moisture plus (keeping it in a dry and cool environment, not exposing it to moisture outside of the use, and even using the wall attachment), these heads have to be changed after EVERY USE, and as the moisture bar runs out during the shave, the plastic will cut your skin to the point of bleeding without fail.
I am so beyond disappointed that I will basically have to throw away this razor when I’m done with it and buy another original, as I refuse to use this specific product line ever again. Who on earth were these razors designed for??
