I agree with other reviews: the razor is good for about 2 shaves and then the moisture bars disappear completely. Then you’re left with a razor that you can’t use. I don’t even hang it to dry anymore, I leave it to sit out and it still melts away into nothing.

Definitely not the razor for me. Even my underarms feel irritated after using this blade. Left the back of legs a scabby mess a few days after shaving. And adding insult to literal injury, the ‘moisture cushion’ wears unevenly, making each subsequent shave even more uncomfortable. This is the biggest miss I’ve seen from this team, and I’ve been a Harry’s and now Flamingo user since day one!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This razor is a total disappointment. The so-called “moisture bar” disappears after maybe two shaves—if that. After that, you’re basically dragging a piece of sandpaper across your skin. The blades dull insanely fast, and instead of a smooth shave, you’re left with nicks, cuts, and razor burn that no amount of lotion can fix. For the price, I expected something that would last at least a week, but this thing barely made it through a weekend. Save your money (and your skin) and go with literally any other razor.
FFlamingo1 week agoOh no - I'm so sorry to hear about this experience with our blades. The moisture bars should not be disappearing like that. Our suggestion is to make sure to keep the blades dry between shaves (sometimes hard to do in the bathroom, I know!). My recommendation is to let the razor dry vertically using the shower hook. That should help is you are willing to give us another shot with moisture plus or original blades. I bought this razor because I don’t like using shaving cream in hopes of making my shaving experience easier and less painful. After not even a week of use the head is already unusable. It has shrunk to the point that it already needs a new head, after only three separate shaves! I’m so disappointed. Their other razors are good but this one just isn’t it. Now I just feel like I wasted my money. If the heads barely last a week then it’s just not worth it. I can’t return it either, which means I’m stuck with a razor I can’t use. Lesson learned. I’ll stick to the other razors going forward.

I bought the refills for this razor by mistake, so I bought the handle in order to use them. After ONE shower, the bottom section of moisture strip was already dissolved. I hung it as per the instructions, and it was hung away from any dripping water. So these are way too expensive for only a couple of uses before changing heads.
