With our free shipping option, it can take about 5-8 business days for your order to arrive. We will send you a confirmation email that includes tracking information when your order ships. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

We currently fulfill orders anywhere in the U.S., including overseas territories. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. Given current shipping regulations outside of our control, we can only ship Foaming Shave Gel to APO/DPO/FPO destinations via Ground.

We offer free shipping for one time orders over $30 and for subscription orders over $15. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, Economy shipping is available for $5. We also offer $10 Standard (2-4 day) shipping options based on your location. If available, you will see this option at checkout.

Please note, Standard shipping is not available for aerosol products (Foaming Shave Gel and Light Hydrating Spray)!

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and also offer the option to check out with PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Shop Pay.

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to change or cancel it. If you’ve just placed the order, text us at 888-205-9655 from 10am-4pm EST, Monday-Friday and we’ll do our best to help.

We offer a quality guarantee on all of our products. If you’re not satisfied with any product you bought from shopflamingo.com in the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund. If your order arrives damaged, contact help@shopflamingo.com for a replacement.

If you completed the ‘Get Started’ quiz on shopflamingo.com/pages/quiz, you'll receive our Starter Set to try the Flamingo shave experience and a subscription for the Shave Refill Set. Get a feel for the products and 3 weeks after your first order was placed, we'll ship your first Shave Refill Set. Your subscription will continue automatically from there and you can edit or cancel anytime in your account.

You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime by visiting your account profile page at shopflamingo.com/account and clicking the Manage Subscription button. There, you can also add or remove products, change how often your subscription(s) ship, and skip or reschedule your next shipment.

Your card will be charged when your subscription ships. You will receive a reminder email 2 days before so you have time to modify or cancel if needed.

Discount codes can be applied on the check out page. If you're on your phone, make sure to click to expand the Order Summary at the top of the checkout page to be able to apply discount codes. On a desktop computer you'll see the box to apply codes to the right of the page. Paste or type in your code and press “Apply”. Easy.

The order minimum for this discount is $15 before shipping and taxes so be sure to check the order total for the products you are trying to order. Be sure to also check the date you received the code, the discount expires after 10 days so if it's been a while since you signed up the code may no longer be valid.

Currently, most of our products are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes and most of our packaging is recyclable. Check individual product packaging for guidance.

The Original Blades feature a 360° comfort system (with aloe and shea butter) which works with your shave gel or a good soapy lather for a really close, really comfortable shave. These blades are specifically designed for the curves of the body and angled to fit all the different areas they shave—legs, armpits and bikini line. Original blades are compatible with Original and Pubic handles.

Our Pubic Blades are designed with a slimmer razor cartridge and a flexible head which is intended to give you more precise control when removing hair in harder-to-reach areas. Pubic blades are compatible with our Pubic and Original Handles.

Our new Moisture Plus Blades feature four sharp stainless blades surrounded by water activated moisture bars enriched with aloe, coconut, and shea butter - shave gel not required!

Everyone’s shave routine and rate of hair growth is unique but generally we suggest changing your Original blade cartridge every 6-8 uses, or when you start to feel tugging or pulling as you shave.

The Moisture Plus blades are exclusively for use with the Moisture Plus Razor handle. Moisture Plus Blade refill cartridges are not compatible with the Original or Pubic Razor handles.

To keep your razor in the best shape, store it upright, preferably in a dry place away from direct shower spray. This is where our shower holders can help! We have a suction cup option for glossy tile and glass (compatible with Original & Pubic Razors) or an adhesive-backed option (compatible with Original, Pubic, and Moisture Plus Razors).

Hold the base of the handle with the Flamingo logo facing up. Pinch the left and right sides of the rigid plastic connector below the handle with your thumb and forefinger. Slide that connector piece away from the handle. The blade cartridge should pop off easily.

To remove the blade simply slide the button on the top of the handle upward to release the blade. Peel back the purple protective plastic on a new blade, but don’t use your hands to remove the blade! Keep the plastic pod with the small tabs facing you—you’ll notice the middle of the cartridge makes a “U” shape. Slide the metal clips on the handle into the U-shape and press down gently until you hear a click!

These blades are specifically designed for the curves of the body and angled to fit all the different areas they shave - legs, armpits, bikini line, and more. We don’t recommend using Flamingo blades for shaving your head or face, as the lubrication systems and blade shapes are not optimized for that.

Yes, however, we always recommend a spot test prior to use by applying either the Body or Facial Hair Removal Cream to a small part of the area you’re treating. If after 24 hours there is no adverse reaction, you can go ahead with the application.

Hair removal cream should not be used on skin being treated with retinol creams, after heavy exfoliation (ex. peels, glycolic acid, etc), or on skin that is already irritated or sunburned. We always recommend a spot test if you’ve had changes to your routine (new lotions or laundry detergent, sun exposure) since the last time you used hair removal cream!

Apply the product to the area where you are removing hair, wait 5 minutes, then remove a small test area with the spatula or wash cloth. If hair doesn’t come off easily, leave it on longer. Don’t exceed 10 minutes total. If you feel any discomfort or burning sensation during application, remove cream immediately.

The Body Hair removal cream was specifically formulated for use on the legs, arms, stomach, & bikini line. We do not recommend using this product on your face.

No, dermaplaning does not cause your hair to grow back thicker. It grows back exactly as it was before dermaplaning.

The peach fuzz on your face is a type of hair called vellus hair. These thin, light hairs are different from hair that grows in other places. You may notice it feels slightly different when it first re-emerges, and that's because it's growing back from a blunt cut instead of its natural hair cycle.

We recommend using a light moisturizer as needed for extra comfort. If you're just getting started with our Dermaplane Razor you can find more tips and tricks here.

Wax results last up to four weeks, depending on how quickly your hair grows.

Everyone’s skin is different, so we recommend spot testing before use. Some skincare products like retinols, chemical exfoliants, alcohol based toners, and products containing ascorbic acid can increase skin’s sensitivity to wax, so stop use for a few days before waxing.

Make sure your skin is clean and dry, then pull strips slowly apart to ensure even wax distribution. Massage the strip into your skin after applying. Pull your skin taut, then pull the wax strip in the opposite direction of the hair growth quickly and close to the skin.

Each wax strip can be used for 2-4 pulls, depending on the thickness and density of your hair. Post-wax cloths are intended to be used for one waxing session; however, one cloth can be used on multiple areas of the body during the same waxing session.

We wouldn’t recommend it. Our Pubic Hair Wax Kit can be used externally on your vulva and inner thighs, but it’s not meant for internal use (translation: don’t use it on your labia and anus!).

We formulated Ingrown Spot Treatment for external use, such as underarms and the pubic area. It can also be used on your face, though we recommend doing a spot test before use since facial skin is more sensitive. Also: always use SPF, especially after an exfoliating treatment like this one!

When applied twice daily, you should start seeing results within a few days.

Exfoliation actually preps skin for better hydration. All of our body moisturizers contain white willow bark, a gentle source of salicylic acid that exfoliates for softer skin. Combining exfoliation with our products’ moisturizing ingredients gives you two skin-softening benefits in one!

We recommend applying Light Hydrating Spray while standing on a non-slippery surface, like a bath mat or towel. Hold it an inch or two away from skin and spray away! Rub in any excess with a quick swipe.

The squalane in our body moisturizers is plant-derived (we get ours from sugarcane).
